If I could sleep like I did last night this would be a whole new dawn! I needed that for sure. This morning was 12 min AMRAP 500m row once then 3 PC at 105 and 5 clapping push ups. I have never done clapping push ups in a wod always scaled. They were ULGY but I did them and was happy to go RX :) 9 rounds, 1 push up.
Coffee, turkey burger, a little chicken, veggies with hummus, nuts
