and I'm tired! I have lifted back squats, bench, deads, power snatch and cleans in 3 days...dang! I am hoping to have some running and body weight stuff tomorrow!! That's what I get for having Monday and Tuesday off :) Today was PC on the min ever min for 15- 2 reps at 125lbs with the boys. Then "Glutes" at 40lbs. 7 round 12 lunges.
