So after my 2 days of hiding, I have finally crawled out of the dark hole I feel down! I ate clean all day and night and made it to the gym. Tonight was back squats set a new 5 rep max. Somehow I did...190lbs. Benches not so much got up to 130lbs for reps of 1. I feel so much better and wish I had gone to the gym yesterday. I have only 1 month to stay on track so it's do or die!!
