This mornings wod was Hammers L/R 12, 9 KBS @ 24k, 6 burpee pull ups. 15min AMRAP. I am a wussy when it comes to cardio these days. I was dying on the burpee pull ups. Got 5 rounds and was happy not to pass out. I really need to get my conditioning back! Thought about fasting today but at about 9:15am had a serious headache and thought...hmmm is it really worth it. I decided it wasn't.
