So this week I am testing my lifts. I have had a rugged summer coming back from my surgery and vacation. I started a lifting program 9 weeks ago to get my strength back and I am happy to say it's BACK! Check it out...
Press-107 lbs
Clean-160 lbs
Bench 150 lbs
Deadlift-320 lbs!!
I still have squats tomorrow. But I don't expect any big number from those, as they are giving me trouble. But my lifts are back where they use to be so I am all smiles:)

Nice work on the lifts... you strong! I only do every other Tues yoga cuz of my boys:) Definately up for run on Monday. I did the Death by Burpees last night - my biceps have been shaking all day!
