So glad it's Friday. Decided to get up early with Chad and hit the gym. Power Cleans 6x1. Started with 120, 130, 135, 140, 145-missed, 145missed. It's a good day when you get PR after a week like this! I am so super happy that I cleared 140. I was so close on the 2nd attempt at 145, I ended up pulling it to my chest and actually hitting my chest (which I know is a miracle b/c I'm small up top) but it totally screwed me up. I had it, I had it, I had it! DARN IT. Then it was 185lbs deads for 5, 20 d/u's. Did I mention I am so glad it's Friday?
