Thursday-Sleep is great

Sleeping in just 2.5 more hours during the week, makes a huge difference! I went to yogilates this morning to stretch it out a bit.

IF today
12pm-Chili, salad, nuts
3:30-eggs, broccoli, celery, peppers, nuts

Yes, sleep is great. I missed out on that last night myself and I am so out of it! I did get my 12 min tt in today and covered 1.5 miles,not to shabby. Thought I would brag a little since you killed me on "asstastic" yesterday! See you tomorrow, enjoy the rest of your day off!!
