Wednesday

Looking forward to one more day and then a break! I'm sore!! This morning I did a short CFE wod on the rower and then the DWOD. 21 db snatches L/R arm, 200m run, 9 burpees, 15, 200m, 15, 9, 200m, 21. A little over 10 mins. Great working out with Sarah and stuntman. I miss having a crew to do the wod's!

Ground turkey, avocado, nuts, salad, celery
Nuts
Salmon, broccoli, mixed veggies, nut and an avocado
1/2 a hot dog
