Up this morning to catch a WOD with the 6am crew. I am backing off on the strength this week and just doing regular workouts and CFE's. AHHH what a treat! 5 rounds for time and reps. 400m run, pull ups, match pull ups with burpees. I was a little nervous on the pull ups/burpee ratio. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to hit my numbers on the last rounds so I paced it out. I think I could've done better :( 52 pullups 18:44.
Back to the gym for a rower CFE-6 rounds of 500m row with 3 min recovery. Time were between 1:50-1:52. Great energy this evening at the gym! Good work guys!!
Food was nice and clean today :) Turkey burgers, fish, veggies, spinach, nuts

I will see you this evening then for some ass kicking! Just an FYI, if you and Sarah can do it...talk me in to a Tues morning WOD. It is the only day I don't have to run out of there in a mad dash!
Good work girl, no worries :) wish I was there to do the wods with you this week...let's get KB to show on a Tuesday AM(2/9?) so we can all catch one together like old times. Maybe do breakfast on the curb!
