Yeah I am so excited it's Friday. I was dreading the WOD this am though. I think I sat up in bed 3 times debating on coming in...I know right...But I made the right decision:) Bench press-I'm weak here to begin with, but this morning it really showed:( Need to work on the chest muscles!! I'm sure it will help with my push ups as well.
"Karen" 150 WBS for time. OUCH. I remember how much this wod sucks like 2 days later. I'm sure my quads will be locked up by the end of the day. Fantastic, can't wait!

1/2 cliff bar, fruit salad, chicken
Taco meat, salad, fruit, 1/2 cliff bar--Ate a little too much for lunch today but it was yummy! We had a little picnic lunch-Just the girls in the office.
