Didn't end up making to the gym on Monday but managed to get there Tuesday after work and this morning. The gym makes everything better:) Worked on some power cleans, a little mini cindy and then today snatches and more wall balls...Good god. My legs are never going to recover at this rate. Looks like I'll be stretching all day today. Nutrition has been fairly good. Had some chicken wings and a slice of pizza on Monday. I'm going to have to try that pizza fusion. Sounds yummy and a good alternative:)
