Feeling the pain from yesterday already! My muscles are SORE!! WOD was snatches 6 sets of 3. Seriously I hate snatches :) 75, 80,80,80,80,80. Then AMRAP 12min. 65lbs push press-8, 20k KBS-16. 9 rounds, 2 presses. Nice work 6am and to the kitty for swingin' the 20k with me!!
5am-Pork, nuts
9am-turkey burger, porridge
12pm-Chili, broccoli, nuts
5pm-5 chicken wings, some nuts and veggies
7:30p.m.-Turkey burger, salad, nuts

Wow, you and Sarah made the WOD look much easier than it was. Way to go! No CFE for me on Saturday, have to work :( I will run Sunday instead - before the BBQ so I can have some beers!
