Tuesday

My muscles are coming around and the soreness is getting more manageable, finally! This morning was a short WOD of 3 rounds of ground to overhead at 65lbs, 200yrd shuttle sprints. I thought about going heavier but then I decided against it. Maybe I should have pushed myself...hmmm
We ran a mile for recovery. I need to seriously start running again, my endurance stinks!! One thing at a time right? We'll get there. Thinking I might catch a little yoga tonight, I could use the stretching.

fish, some turkey, apple, veggies
Colorful salad, lunch meat, cheese, avocado
Pita chips with hummus
beef, veggies, pita chips, hummus
Sugar Free Fudge pop

yes to yoga! but i can't on Sat. Monday would work...
