The Weekend update

Does moving count as a WOD?? Well shoot it should. I'm pooped after a weekend end of packing and unpacking. It's amazing how much "stuff" you can collect. For some reason I have such a hard time tossing things away...Chad is the opposite. Good thing he was at work while I helped the movers:) Anyhow our new house is little and cute but I love it. It just feels more homey, and I am excited about this new chapter in our lives. Once I get settled, life will be good and less stressful. Had some cheats this weekend as we celebrated our 5 year anniversary. Melting pot and an entire bottle of wine for myself sets the stage:) I haven't laughed that hard with my husband in a long time...we needed it.
Back in it this morning! Snatches-Didn't feel very smooth this morning. I felt extremely slow and wasn't getting under the bar. Onto 8 min AMRAP of 10 KBS at 24kl, 10 hand release burpees. Love it!

Lunch with Stacy at Johnny Malloys-Cobb Salad with chicken-YUMMY
Snack attack-Diet coke, pita chips
Chicken, veggies and pita chips with hummus
Sugar free fudge pop
The pita chips were so good, I just couldn't put them away!!
