Woke up this morning not feeling rested. Dinner got down late and there was weights this am so no IF today. Push Jerk-Heavy sets of 5-5 sets. 95, 105, 105, 105, 105. That's all I can handle on overhead lifts. They totally just crush me. Extra work was lunges 100ft, 3 times. 25lbs, 30lbs, 30lbs. I'm going to be feeling those tomorrow! Shout out to Hip Kitty for setting a new PR this am, great work girl!
5am-fish, nuts
8am-Coffee, eggs, veggies, nuts
12:30pm-Turkey Burger, Salad, fruit, nuts
3:45pm-Super tired :) Veggies with hummus, turkey burger a little fish, nuts
7pm-Fish, spinach, veggies with humus, nuts
8pm-Trail mix
9-1/2 zone chocolate bar
