Tuesday

WOW so I just wrote Wednesday in the header! I am totally wishing this week away already. WOD today was snatches. Feeling better about them, but still did not get up past 53lbs on the bar. Extra work was deadlifts with snatch grip at 135x 4, 145, 145, 145 x3

So far clean with the diet all day!
