Woke up totally beat up!! Yesterday's filty, football wod and a long walk with the dogs wore me the F out. My hands got pretty messy from the football wod but it was fun in my own sick way. I would much rather do the CFFB instead of the endurance running!! Today was 200m run 10 rack rows-due to the ripped hands, 20 push ups, 30 air squats, 40 sit ups-5 rounds. Another long ass WOD for this week. Enjoyed a foot bath and the sauna with Sarah this morning. Today I am at work until 9:30 p.m. tonight..Yuck! I am just praying I make it one more day and then.....rest!
Did really well yesterday and thus far today on the diet. I know I can do this!!
