So today Sarah informed me it was our 1 yr. anniversary at the new Crossfit gym! I can't believe it and I'm so glad to be where I am at. WOW how fast does time go? WOD today was 15 amrap of one- 500m row, 15 KBS, 10 box jumps and 5 pull ups. It was a nice triple for me today. Enjoyed it. Extra work was snatches. These are super hard for me stayed light and did 8 sets of 2.
5am-fish, nuts
8am-Turkey burger, veggies, nuts
12pm-Turkey Burger, salad, veggies, nuts
3:30pm-Egg whites, veggies, nuts
7:30p.m.-Grouper, a little steak, squash, zucchini, and cauliflower, nuts
