Wednesday

On the Minute-I do enjoy these type workouts. I know exactly what I have to do in time alloted. 105lbs-3 PC, 5 burpees on the min for 10 min. Nice working out with Sarah this am! I'll be back tonight for a CFE with my buddy Jenn :)

Fish, 1/2 apple, veggies, nuts, coffee

The last few days of nutrition has been a challenge. I am not doing the best that I can and I know this. I am mentally stronger then I am acting right now. Things will change.
