Friday!

Yes, rest is coming tomorrow :) This morning's WOD sucked after the week of wod's we've done!!
15 min AMRAP of 5 burpees, 10 pull ups, 15 box jumps. Didn't have the pleasure of doing this in December but had a chance to catch a WOD with Sarah. Looking forward to getting back on her schedule :) Headed to the Football Field by Paige field at 5pm if anyone is interested in some sprints!

A little fish, turkey burger, sweet potato, broccoli, nuts, coffee
Turkey burger, cauliflower, celery, cocoa nuts
