I got it!

I got my deadlift at 280 x 5 this morning. At least that lift is still going in the right direction:) I reset my squat as I am still not feeling solid and smooth when I go up in weight. I am consistantly creeping with my bench 2 lbs a week and I'm at 124 x 5. I'm getting strong and maintaining the same body weight so that means I'm losing fat. YEAH, I love it when that happens! I have dropped wayyy of on my CFE's and extra work so I'll start adding that back in, here and there. It's almost Friday and I can't wait to get this week over...it's been taxing on my sleep. It was great having the old 6am crew together again...Sarah and Jim...my buddies in the morning:)
