Sucky WOD for a Friday!
Buy in 25 burpees
5 rds
10 thrusters each arm at 30lbs
15 C2B pulls
400m Run
25 burpees
I had a good pace for the first 3 rds and then my tolerance was pretty much up. Round 4 & 5 were much slower. Took me 32min and change
Protein shake
Pulled pork, butternut squash, a little red pepper
