Skipping through the land of the mushrooms! (goblin valley)
Working late tonight, so I decided to go back to bed! Caught up with the tail end of the 8am crew and worked out at 9 this morning. Practiced a few handstand holds, some d/u skill work and then onto the rower. I was feeling frisky this morning and decided I needed a good sweat. WOD was 3x 1500m. stayed with in 6 seconds on each row. I am crazy I know, and i'll be feeling it later. The quads are already sore from this week so this didn't help.

12:30pm-Eggs, a little bit of a turkey burger, salad, nuts
3:30- a little mahi mahi, protein shake, spinach
6:30pm-Turkey Burger, salad, nuts
