Got up early this morning to get in my snatches! Power snatch 8x2. I have decided I am an idiot with any lift off the floor. My rounds went like this 78,78,83,83,83,83-missed one, 83,83. From the hang position after all of that, I cleared 2 good ones in a row. WTF? Back for more tonight.
