WOD today was Endurance. I went with the 5 min on, 2 1/2 min rest, 6 min on, 3 min rest, 7 min on. I went out in the dark so the first leg was more then 5 min more like 6 something but oh well. It was a good morning for a run! Ring plank holds 1:10, 1:00, 52 seconds-FYI those suck and D/u work which was less then stellar. I am hoping it was b/c I was spent, so I'm going to try those again tomorrow. I am feeling pretty sore from the last 2 days of heavy lifting. It better go away by the weekend or i'm in trouble!!
IF today!
12pm-Super Hungry that IF Sucked today. I think I drank enough coffee and chewed enough gum to kill a small child today! Chicken, salad, nuts
