Couldn't sleep in so up with the 6am crew. WOD was 12deads, 9 hang cleans, 6 push jerks at 100lbs, 5 rounds. Finished in 13:06. My grip failed before I did. I couldn't hold the thumb grip on the hang cleans like I could with the 83 lbs I had to reset a few times. Overall it was a good push. Extra work for me today was ring dips. I was finally able to master the ring dips...OH yeah all the way down and up!!! SO pumped. Worked on holding a few handstands for a min. as well.
