Monday!

WOD was Hang Power clean and Jerk. Not one of my favorites you know...overhead. The shoulders are getting better but when I got up in weight I could feel them! 95, 105, 115, 125, 125, 135 cleaned but missed overhead, 135 cleaned missed overhead. Darn it! Shout out to Sarah who got her 120lbs! Extra work was deadlifts. Sets of 5, 5 rounds. 205 ,205, 205, 215, 205

IF until 2pm!
Fish, a little chicken, salad, nuts
turkey, veggies with hummus, nuts
Fish/steak, salad, nuts

Meal times way off today and now I'm super full. Ahh.
