Thursday

WOD was Row 1,000m, 40 thrusters, run 4 sprints, 30 thrusters, 3 sprints, 20 thrusters, 2 sprints, 10 thrusters, 1 sprint. Not as bad as I thought today! Each gutter counted as one sprint, thank goodness. Finished under 12 min so I was super pumped with that. No extra work today I was off early to work. Pushed myself as hard as I could with no sidekick today :( Pretty tired today as I've already had 2 cups of coffee. Not like me!!

6:45am-Sweet potato, apple sauce, protein powder, nuts-Super full. Might try cutting back the nuts and eating them a little later next round.
12pm-Fish, salad, nuts
Not sure when I'll get another solid meal today so at 4pm-fish/egg whites, salad, nuts
