Up this morning with good sleep. Worked on clean n jerks, tabata deadlifts and wallball shots in prep for the qualifier this weekend. I am sore from the wod yesterday so there will be no more weights this week for me.
5am-1 block mix sweet potato, apple sauce, protein powder
7:30am-3 block qualifier meal
11:30pm-Fish, salad, nuts, veggies with hummus
3:30pm-Fish, veggies with hummus, salad, nuts
