WOD was 3 rounds of 15 KBS, 15 push ups-run 400m, 3 rounds of 15 WBS at 14lbs, pull ups chest to bar, run 400m, 3 rounds of push press, squats, run 400m. The last few days have been good cardio and this was no exception. Extra work for me today was holding the handstand push ups 5 sets, 1 min. hold. Super excited about weighing in today. I'm down to 153-151 after the wod and sauna :) and I dropped 4 % body fat since January 15. What a great way to start the morning:)
IF today
12pm-Didn't get the usual full IF in b/c I ate dinner late last night but it's ok...Chicken, salad, nuts
3pm-cheese, veggies, nuts
5:30pm fish, nuts a few veggies with hummus
7pm-chicken, salad, zucchini, nuts
