Tired from the weekend. WOD was heavy deadlifts 1-1-1-1-1-1. Warmed up then 255, 265,265 missed, 225, 245, 245. Extra work was Shoulder sets of 5 and 5 weighted pull ups-super sets--75, 80,80,80,80. Pretty happy with my shoulder press as last time I did it I was in pain. They are feeling better so I am super happy :) Still need to work on tightening my hamstrings and gluets when I deadlift I could feel it in my back. When all is tight the lifts are so much easier.
12pm-Fish, salad, nuts
4pm-Fish, salad, avocado, nuts
6:30pm-Steak, veggies with hummus and some squash, nuts
8pm-A little more steak and a few veggies
Not sure why I was so hungry this evening! Usually when I IF i'm not that hungry later in the day. Could be the heavy lifting and the sauna this morning. Not sure. So my poor poor bailey. He had two teeth extracted today and looked so sad and out of it when I picked him up. He's still not all there...poor doggy :( Hopefully tomorrow he'll be back to his crazy self and not mad at us!

Great work so far this week, girl. You are almost there, and looking good! Not much longer and we can take a tiny rest!
Will pray for Bailey today :) Maybe he needs jello and chicky noodle soup!
