So I have registered for the regional qualifier for the Crossfit games! Pretty intimidating but I like working towards a goal and having a purpose so I'm excited for the challenge. I am tweaking my diet and really going to dial it in for the next few months. I've already warned my hubby :) WOD was Hang Power Cleans 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. After a few warm up sets started at 125lbs, 135, 135, 135, 140, 140. Missed on a few of the sets but was able to come out hitting 140lbs. YEAH! Stayed behind and did back squats 5 sets of 5 at 145lbs. I'm pooped! Went home ate b-fast and took a nap before I headed to work at 11am.
5am-Chicken, nuts--2x
8am-Greens shake with strawberries, 4 eggs, nuts--3x
1pm-Salmon, Salad, some side veggies, nuts--3x
4pm-Chicken, veggies, nuts2x
7:30pm-Fish, veggies with hummus, salad, nuts 3x
