Heard my alarm go off this morning and decided that I needed to sleep. No wod for me and I think that was a good choice.
8am-Fish, blackberries, nuts
12pm-Fish, salad with extra veggies, nuts and avocado
3:30pm-Nuts
5:30pm-Apple with PB
7pm-Chicken, asparagus, veggies with hummus
9pm-Zone bar with pb :)
So again I got a little nutty with the pb. I might turn into a nut pretty soon. But I think I am over it now. I didn't measure the pb and I was eating it the last 2 days like it was going out of style but whatever. At least it wasn't a bowl of ice cream with cookies. I can't wait until the weekend when I can get some sleep and be mentally strong.

thank you so much for your words of encouragement, Michelle. so greatly appreciated! i don't belong to a gym anymore. the omni had some decent yoga, though going requires gym membership, and the space is cramped and loud. not so good for meditation or calmness. i so love yoga. also want to start running. but one thing at a time! can't really start running or add to my regimen when i have not been able to go to cfitmore than three times per week, on average. tenacity!
above all else, listen to your body ... you are training hard, rest is good ... (so are extra calories if your body craves it)
