Saturday-Hang over!

Got up this am and I think I was still feeling the aftermath of last night. After I ate lunch I felt better, but still feeling like crap. I think the diet coke is helping as well.

10am-Diet coke
12:45pm-Salmon burger, salad, diet coke,only 2 nuts--forgot to pack added fat
8pm-Salad, chicken, a little fish, diet coke
9pm-chicken

I was so busy at work I didn't have time to eat.
