Tuesday

WOD was Body Weight deadlifts at 21-18-15-12-9 and double unders at 50-40-30-20-10. Under 17 minutes which was sweet. The deadlifts were fine it was the double unders that are still giving me trouble. It was better then last time but I still need to work on them outside of WOD's. Extra work was 30 ring dips. Only got down 1/2 way and back up...I'll get there.

5am-Chicken, nuts 2x 1-0-2x
7:30-eggs, strawberries, nuts, 4-2-3x
12:00-Salmon burger, salad, a few veggies with hummus, nuts-3-1.5-3x
4:00pm-Chicken, veggies with hummus 1-1-2x
8pm-Steak, salad, eggplant, nuts4-2-3x
