Kind of sore all over this morning. WOD was 1,000m row, 50 WBS, 35 box jumps, 20 CnJ @105lbs. It was a challenging work out but for me in a good way.
5am-Chicken, nuts
7:30am-Eggs, orange, nuts
12:15pm-Salad, celery, nuts, chicken
3pm-Mixed veggies, chicken, nuts
7:30pm-Steak yummy, mixed veggies, little fruit, nuts
