Woke up this morning with a new outlook and energy on being fit and staying in shape (need to lose those extra holiday pounds). Then I saw the Special 38 WOD. J/K but the WOD was for sure a ass kicker just like the girl who it was named after. Happy B-Day Sarah! WOD was for time, 38 cal, 38 push press, 38 deadlifts, 38 GHD sit ups, 38 Burpee Pull ups (ok those suck), 38 WBS, 38 KBS, 38 Double Unders, 38 Walking Lunges, 38 cal.
5:15am-Egg, nuts
8am-Eggs, apple, nuts
12:30- Salad, Grilled Chicken, Nuts
