Thursday

Still not getting good sleep. I'll have to catch up over the weekend! WOD was Run 400M, 40 sit ups, Run 400m, 20 burpees, 4 rope climbs, 20 burpees, run 400m, 40 Hypers, Run 400m. So I have never tried the straight rope in a WOD and I thought I would today. Got up 1/2 once in the past, today 4 times 1/2 and 2 regular rope climbs. Disappointed that I didn't trust myself enough to keep trying and go all the way up. So after class I tried again and got all the way to the top! YEAH finally. Now I know I can do, I have to!

5:15am-Egg, nuts
8:15am-Omelet with a few veggies, fruit mix, avocado
