Slept in today it felt great. Hit the 9am class for the WOD which was 20 amrap 200m run on the minute every minute. Man did it suck. But was able to get all 20 runs in in time Nice. Extra work today was pull ups and weighted deadlifts.
12pm-Salmon, a little fish, salad, mixed veggies, nuts
4pm-Fish, nuts, veggies with hummus
8pm-Chicken, cheese, a little steak, salad, veggies with hummus, nuts
a few sugar free candies
1/2 zone bar
Ate almost my blocks in protein..more then 3 at each meal and snack.
