Up with no sleep or lack there of. I am addicted to 24 and once I watch it I can't go to sleep. I was also tossing and turning about work. WOD was run 800m, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpees, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 hand stand push ups. Because I have a hard time just flippin' myself up onto the wall I chose to do the rack push ups. Which I might add are much harder then the tires!! The workout really kicked my butt. Felt stronger on the burpees but struggled with the push ups.
5am-chicken, a few blackberries, nuts
7:30-Eggs, blackberries, veggies, nuts
12pm-Salmon, Salad, veggies, nuts
4pm-Chicken, nuts, veggies
7:45pm-Salmon, veggies, peacans
