Friday-=Sleep!

Got about 9 hours of sleep last night which I think is a record for it being season! I totally didn't want to come into work, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

9:30am-Omelet, greens, blueberries, nuts, low carb ketchup
12:30p.m.-Grilled Chicken, salad, nuts
4pm-fish, probably more than 1 block veggies, hummus, a few nuts
7:30pm-Veggies with hummus, salmon, salad, nuts

Whew on Sunday- that makes me feel much better! Talk tonight.
