Up with good sleep but still draggin ass this morning. I feel like I need a whole day of just sleep! WOD was every minute on the minute for 20 minutes up it one rep each round. Clean N Jerk & Burpees. Made it to 7 the first go then 6 and 6. Ended up with a 115. Wanted to complete both 6th rounds came close but didn't make it.
5am-fish, nuts
8am-Salmon, veggies, avocado, nuts-Forgot how good avocado is!
12pm-Fish, salad, veggies, avocado, nuts-a few strawberries
4pm-Fish, veggies & eggplant, nuts
8pm-Lean hamburger, veggies with hummus, a few steamed, salad, avocado & nuts

It looked pretty tuff- good job on the push, girl. May catch a WOD with CFNC in the am, they start at 430AM, yo!....looking for Friday already, girl.
