WOD was the Cheif! 3 power cleans, 6 push ups, 9 squats-3 min on, 1 min rest 5 rounds. Scored a 20 going with 100lbs on the PC's. Very happy with the push. I didn't think I would be able to last but pulled it through. Extra work was heavy deadlifts. warm up then 225, 255, 255, 265 x 3 missed each time. I am so stubborn sometimes I tell you. I really wanted to get that 265 but my body was saying other things this morning. Next time.
5am-chicken, nuts
8am-omelet, veggies with hummus, avocados
1pm-Ground turkey, a little fish, salad, avocado, nuts
5pm-Fish, mini salad, veggies with hummus, nuts
7 or so- Cheese, veggies with hummus
