Laundry list today! 50 air squats, 400m run, 50 push ups, 50 Walking lunges, 400m run, 25 pull ups--chest to bar!, 50 KBS at 24kl, 25 pull ups, 400m run, 50 lunges, 50 push ups, 400m run, 50 air squats. 30:50 glad that's over. The pull ups slowed me down as I was doing chest to bar today. Gosh that makes such a difference. 1st set of 25 was good, 2nd set I could only rep out 5 at a time.
5am-fish, nuts
8:30am-Salmon, avocado, nuts, veggies, strawberries
1pm-Lean hamburger, salad, avocado, nuts and a few veggies
4pm-fish, nuts
7:30pm-Steak, eggplant, cauliflower, veggies with hummus while I was cooking, avocado, nuts

Hey girl- nice job on the triple...I'm pretty sure my pull ups were NOT chest to bar. ;) I'll be in the air when you're training tomorrow- yay!
