Monday

WOD was hang squat cleans heavy for 1-1-1-1-1. Worked up to 135. Missed at 125 once, got it, got 135 missed at 145 twice. Extra work was bench press with dumbbells 30, 40 ,50 , 40, 30. Day off got a massage, did a little shopping with S, finally got some new kicks and totally spent too much money today!!

2pm-Ground turkey, salad, veggies with hummus, nuts
4:30pm-Steak, veggies with hummus, nuts
8pm-Lobster, asparagus, nuts
