Thursday

Woke up this morning feeling pretty beat up from Eva. Sore all over. WOD was 500m Row, 25 SDLHP, run 400M, 50 WBS at 14lbs, 400m Run, 25 SDLHP, 500M row. Solid workout no break. Extra work was deadlifts heavy 5 sets of 5. 205, 205, 165, 205, 205. 3rd set went down to work on loading of the hamstrings. Feel as though I am not doing that enough and need to practice it. It could be why the bar is so far away from me on my cleans.

Coffee
1pm-Fish, salad, eggplant, avocado, nuts
4:30pm-Turkey breast, eggplant, a few veggies, avocado, nuts
8:15pm-Turkey burger, squash/zucchini, a few veggies with hummus, avocado, nuts and some pb
