Tuesday

Up with not enough sleep. I got sucked into 24 last night as it was a 2 hour special!! WOD was squats and rower. 10 squats at 145lbs, 250 m row--4 rounds. Squats were challenging today for me. I was able to keep the rower right at 50 sec each round which was cool. Extra credit today was deadlifts at same weight reps of 10. Still working on holding the breath the entire lift. It's getting better and so is not getting so light headed. Progress.

5am-Steak, nuts
8am-Salmon, veggies, nuts, tea
12:30p.m.-Steak, salad, a few veggies, nuts
3:30pm-Chicken, veggies, nuts
8pm-Salmon, veggies, nuts

yeah girl...progress is huge. Even just a little bit can be enough to get me through. Nice work.
