Didn't want to get out of bed this morning as I am super tired! No workout for me, this will be a day of rest. Had a major cheat last night. For dinner cookies and ice cream. It's been a while and I knew it was coming, it just got a little out of control. It's out of my system now and with less than 6 weeks until competition it's game time baby!!
12pm-Fish, salad, nuts
4pm-chicken, salad, nuts
7pm-Ground turkey, veggies with hummus, salad, avocado, nuts
