WOD was burpees and running-21-18-15-12-9-6-3, 200m run each round. Finished in 13:48 totally felt tired and slow this am but pushed myself through it. It's going to be a challenging week but only 3 more workouts and I'm done. Only have to work a 1/2 day on Sunday this weekend, so I'll be able to rest.
5am-steak, nuts
8am-steak, a little chicken, 1/2 apple, veggies, nuts
12:30pm-Ground Turkey, salad, veggies, avocado, nuts
