Doing good in the zone! Did a little work out down at the beach which was such a nice break and got a little color while I was at it! Here's how I did today..
8am 1/2 zone bar
10:30 1.5 cups of grapes, 4 oz of fish
1:30pm Salad, chicken, dressing
4pm Broccoli, hummas 1oz of fish
6:30pm 5oz of steak-guessing.... 4 cups of coliflower, hummas and small salad, 1/2 cups grapes
I couldn't eat all of the salad after the culliflower. Man that's a lot of cauliflower for one block! Alright I'm heading out to meet up with Chad for the fireworks!
8:30 pm 1/2 zone bar at the fireworks!
